Help formatting imported Excel worksheet

Using Office 2000. I am creating a business plan in Word and want to have
some Excel spreadsheets attached. Linked or embeded is fine. Word is in
Portrait layout and Excel is in Landscape. When I try and paste or import
Excel object, it remains in Landscape layout and doesn't even come close to
fitting on the Word page (I basically want to rotate the Excel file 90
degrees and size it so it fits nicely into Word).

Any suggestions???
