Help for Streets and Trips

Hello all. My wife bought MS Streets and Trips 2006 (with GPS). I am unable
to install it. It keeps telling me that in order to install across a network
I first have to do an administrative install, then shuts down the install.
We're not on a network, and I have admin rights to our home system. It tells
me to look in the help file, but it's not installed so no help file! How can
I install this? (BTW, we do not have a GPS, she thought this would work,
though).

You should have received a GPS receiver that plugs into a USB Port. For
use in
a traveling situation you would need a laptop or similar device.

The GPS isn't the problem. It's that I can't even install because of this
admin install thingy.
