Help....database working very slow

Regarding giving each of the users their own front-end application -- would
this be applicable also if they are using a terminal server? Or, since it
is a terminal server, wouldn't it make a difference?

Yes, the same is true for Terminal Server: each user should have his/her own
copy of the front-end.
