help!! Crash! Won't even load windows in safe mode!

I think I am in trouble! Computer won't even load windows from safe
mode...says it needs load dll kernal?? I don't know anything about this type
of file. never had a crash before, so if this is something I can fix with
reinstalling with back up CD that came with computer???

If it came with a restore disk use it to boot off of. Or how your manual
says. You should get two options the first will format your hard drive and
put everthing back on just like it came from the store. You will lose
everthing with this method. Your second option is just to reinstall your xp,
you should try that one first. You won't lose and data this way.
