Help changing pst files being used

Email stopped working. Outlook message told me to run scanpst.exe on my
outlook pst file but I ran it and the message says there were no problems
found with the file.

We changed to an earlier profile and everything worked but it references the
wrong pst files for contact manager, email etc..

This was a week ago. How do I swap to the correct pst files? All pst files
are in the same file folder. Will the correct file work with this profile if
I change to it?

The correct pst file is the one which generates the message that I should
run scanpst.exe which finds no errors.

You can try opening the correct .PST in the new profile and see if it
helps...if not, take a look at some of the suggestions on this page
(scanpst.exe is only one of them):
