HELP can't publish web this is a serious problem!

I modified a page and went to publish my web.

During the publish process I get a box that says:

The file "/stories/area.htm" in Web "http:/www.fqvictims.org" has been
modified on by ".
Are you sure you want to replace it?


Of course I say YES because I modified it - then I get....

Server error: The page stories/area has been modified by fqvictim on 26
april 21:07:29 - 0400

The publish FAILS.

I can't publish at all anymore. What do I have to do?

This is so hard.....

Contact your host and ask them to run a check on the extensions and/or check the permissions for
your account.
