Help Can't get ANY Picture programs to load!!!

I have bought Print Workshop 2006 program. When I put the disc in nothing
happens. So I tried going to RUN and typing in D:\SETUP.EXE and still nothing.
Can someone please help me fix this!!!!

Hi ... Is your optical drive recognize in the bios setting ? What happen if
you place a different disk ? Does it load up ?

Yes I've loaded other programs, but this is the second picture program I've
bought and they both have done the samething. I don't know a whole lot on
computers so afraid to get into to much and mess things up real good. I have
a camera program loaded but was wanting another program to be able to do more
with my photos.
Hope to get this figured out.

Try this , Place your Print Workshop 2006 software in the drive , Then
double click the " My Computer " Now see if you notice your software , if
you do ? double click on it and see if it loads up

Try going to my computer and nothing is there. I also went to add remove and
tried to do it and here's what I get: Windows Was Unable To Find The
Installation Program.When I go to Run and type in D:\SETUP>EXE or
D:\INSTALL.EXE a cd comes up by my pointer and stays for a little bit and the
light blinks on my tower, then a box pops up and says Please insert disc in
drive D so I do as says and click ok.Then it just does the samething again.

Is your computer an HP Pavilion 7915? Often times, the CD-Drive that comes
with them has trouble with random CD-Disks, and not with others...

Its a custom built computer. Every disc I've tried works it's just these
photo programs.
