I have 4 accounts on my XP machine.
1 Administrator and 3 Limited Accounts.
When i was loggen in to one of my Limited accounts,i went
to computer management and disabled my administrator
account so it would not appear on the Windows Welcome
Screen. Now when I want to retreive the Administrator
account, I can't enable it from any account. I can't
install programs and make system wide changes. What to
do?????? Help Me.

Try starting in Safe Mode (F8) . My Administrator account is not on the
Welcome screen normally but is if I start in Safe Mode.

If you have XP Pro, press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the welcome screen. This
will bring up the classic style login. Type in the name of the "missing"
account and, if it has one, type its password too.

If you have XP Home, restart the computer to Safe Mode. To do this, press
F8 after POST and before Windows starts to load. When the advanced start
menu appears, elect to start in Safe Mode. You should see the Administrator
account listed on this Welcome screen.

NOTE: By default XP hides the built-in Administrator account. You may want
to create a new account for yourself in the Administrator group. You can
use TweakUI for XP to hide or show this account on the usual Welcome
Screen.

TweakUI is one of the Power toys for XP.

TweakUI v2.00 for Windows XP:.

I find it strange that a limited account user is able to disable an
administrators account.
Can someone explain that please.

A limited account can NOT disable any accounts.
