Help and Support service on Server 2003 SP1

C

Curtis Fray

Hi,

When I try and start up the Help files on Server 2003 SP1 I'm getting an
error saying:

"Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system is not running. To
fix this problem, start the service named 'Help and Support'."

I can't find a service by this name listed. Does anyone have any ideas how
to resolve this?

Thanks,

Curtis.

Do you have this registry key?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\helpsvc
