Help and Support is not working

Yossi Yahav

1. By clicking on start -> help and support nothing
happens.
2. When I go to administrator tools -> services and
enable the service called "Help and Support" I get an
error: "Could not start the Help and Support service on
Local Computer. Error 126: The specified module could
not be found."

The computer includes all the updates from windows
updates.

Can anyone help me?

I'm in here looking for a solution to the same problem - did you find a way
around it? Thanks, Shaun

OK - just fixed mine. Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and
choose install. Make sure your XP CD is ready in the CD drive. Worked for
me. Thanks to www.kellys-korner-xp.com Shaun
