If 'Help and Support' is missing from Administrative Tools>Services,
can I get it?

How?

Thanks

Was this you?
The contents of INDEX Tab on Help and
Support Center are not there.
It is blank and there is only a red X on upper
left hand corner?
How can I correct it?
Any help is appreciated.

Try:

Also - let everyone know your Operating System, Edition and Service
Pack level along with the architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) of your
OS.

BTW - yes - I saw "WinXP Pro" in the subject. That's still only
*part* of the story.

Windows XP Professional Edition with Service Pack _, __-bit.

More important is 32-bit than 64 in some ways - since we will know
the SP level if it is 64-bit.
My system is WinXP Pro SPK2
version 2002 32 bit on Fat 32 format.

I have gone through the reinstalling process
of Help and Support Center without any
problems but it did not correct the fault to
bring back the Index Tab's actions.

Any further help please?

Sure, try:

It's more centered around what you described - but I hoped a
reinstall might fix it (more completely) and any other issues you
might not even know you had.

Now knowing your SP level, the fix suggested ("to fix the problem,
upgrade to Service Pack 3") makes sense now, but you can try the
DLL registration first if you want.

Let everyone know how it goes!

Oh - addendum - I agree with PA Bear; if you still only have SP2 -
you should consider going to SP3 ASAP. If you have had trouble in
the past - I'm sure we can attempt to walk you through it and get
past all that.

Or just strangely a similar name and later the same name?
