Help and support index

Hello I have a pentium 4 computer running XP home , the computer works fine
the small problem that I have is when I go to help and support and I click on
index to look up questions that I have the index box opens up but there is no
text in it , it is blank except for a small multi colored box up in the left
hand corner . I have tried useing the installation disk to reinstall indexing
it seems to do it but I sill get a blank index box . thanks for any help you
can send .

Thank you ever so much Wesley and Ramesh for all of the help that you sent me
, that last patch Q811630 took care of my problem . I've been looking through
Microsoft help for days trying to find the right answer and without you I
probably never would have found it . You people helped me straighten it out
over night , thanks again . thegovernor (Lionel Aubut)
