Hi there. Have Vista 64 and have purchased a 3D screensaver off th
net. Only problem is that I don't know how to get it into th
"screensaver" list.
Found the file in SysWOW64. Currently the only way I can get th
screensaver to work is to "preview" it and leave running.
Driving me bananas!!
Would love you to death if you can help
Cheers.....Pa

Make sure the new screensaver is in the Windows folder so that it will appear on the
screensaver selection list.

Right click any blank space on your desktop.

a.. Select "properties"
b.. Go to the screensavers tab, you should see a drop-down list'
c.. Select the screensaver you downloaded.
d.. Click apply
e.. Ok

Just my $0.02, but screensavers or any file with *.scr extension is
something
Vegas wouldn't offer odds on.

Wouldn't that be something. Actually buy a virus.

As she said she bought the screensaver... much like you would buy any
executable program. You would then install the purchased file. No?

Thanks everyone for the help. Got it into the screensaver section, but
now realise that because i am using a wireless keyboard the program
just won't cut in. Guess i can kiss my $20 goodbye. Maybe I should
upgrade to XP??
