I adjusted the font size to 120 dpi, then I did not like it so I changed it
back to 96 dpi but it never come back as it was. The font size of the window
title bars, context menus (right click menus), start menu, etc has become
samller compared to the original 96 dpi and compared to the other users on
this machine who did not make change like me. Please help?

P.S: How to change the font size? control panel -> Personalization -> on the
left pane click "Adjust font size (DPI).
My OS is Vista home premium.

Yes I did reboot the system. Latest video drivers are installed. I don't
think it is an issue of video drivers because the desktop of other users on
the same machine is just fine. What is really can be done?

You're correct. It has NOTHING to do with video drivers. Have you
tried a restore point? I don't have multiple users so not sure each
can do their own thing.

You can fine tune color and sizes if you revert back to "classic"
style and pick a older XP theme. Once you do that indvidual items like
text size and colors for indvidual windows elements should still be
adjustable. I use to fiddle with this in XP. I hope Microsoft didn't
take it away.
