HELP !! Access Denied Folder Is Not Accessible !!

Hiya folks I recently swapped over hard drives (ie: The slave drive is now
the master drive C:\ & the master drive is now the slave drive F:\). I
re-installed windows xp on the new master drive c:\ . Drive f:\ still has the
files and folders and they all work fine except 1, whenever I try to access
that folder I get the message " folder is not accessible , Access id denied "
Please folks can anyone help ??
