help 550 Recipient Not Authorised

trying to fix a freinds pc she is getting this message on outlook 2002 i can
not find whats wrong here any help would be lovley

550 Recipient Not Authorised [recipient rejected due to no
authorised destination groups]

We presume you checked her authentication settings? What happens if you use
the Test Account Settings option in the Account setup?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

i have never used outlook 2002 before i use outlook experss ... what are
authentication settings
i did the test account settings in the acounts it worked fine
