I am trying to set up my email account with my school email, but it's the
pop3 and stmp. The one I'm trying to use is
(e-mail address removed) and i dont know how to look to find where
the pop3 would be. can someone help????

I answered your question about Sheridan yesterday.
Contact the school's IT department for assistance since they don't publish
their email setup on their website.
