Hebrew in Internet Explorer

Guest

When I type in Hebrew anywhere in Windows (word, excel) it works just fine.
It works even in the tool bars in internet explorer and also in the address
bar, but for some reason, when i try to type in an actual site (ie a hebrew
seach engine, or an e-mail, etc), the hebrew is not working correctly. Can
someone PLEASE help? Thanks and happy holidays to all!!

Hi
Your application are programmed to work in Hebrew, the Internet does Not.
So any thing concerning the Internet per-se would Not work in Hebrew.
I think that there is a specific Google (or something similar) that was
programmed to allow search in Hebrew.
You have to log first to the specific site of to use the Hebrew Search
capacity..

if you dare to try it, you'll find that www.google.com works, with
languages of non-english scripts.

I think you have to install them in windows - off the win xp cd, to
see them, and you can type into notepad e.t.c.

The internet uses html which I guess uses unicode which I guess
contains hebrew characters.

It's another world of sites you'll never read!!
