Headings on draft e-mails

P

Patricia/Patti

When I print a draft e-mail, my salutation: To:, FROM:, Cc:, SUBJECT:,
ATTACHMENT:, do not show up on draft. They do, however, show up when I sent
an e-mail.

Very frustrating and making the boss upset and beligerent. HELP. Thank
you, Patti

Patti: When you are in Microsoft Outlook, from the main outlook window,
clikc on Options on the Tools menut, then click the Mail Format tab, clear
the "Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail" check box. I had the same problem.
My problem is I can't get the attachment header to show up so when I print an
email or a draft email the word attachment shows up so I know something was
attached.
