headers only

i can only recieve the headers and attachments of incoming mail in Outlook
2003 the message window is blank
my out going mail does, however, get to its destination

are you running an antivirus program on incoming email? if you open the
message, is it blank? do you have the send and receive group set up to
download only headers?
