HD size error

I installed a Western Digital 200 GB SE drive and W2K is only recognizing
131,069.3 MBs. My bios recognizes all 200 gb, but neither the install disc
(to start over from scratch), nor Partition Magic 8.0 recognize the entire
space. Is this a Windows 2000 limit? Or do I have other problems?
