Having trouble

I've just purchased the Office 2007 Ultimate package through the Ultimate
Steal student promo.
I'm trying to download it since I believe that it's the downloadable version
and the download keeps stopping after a few MBs. When I restart it, it looks
like it's starting over from the beginning because the file name has a (1),
(2), (3) at the end of it.
Does anyone know if I can get a physical copy of the software to install
through my purchase or a site that can help me get the entire program?
Any help would be appreciated.
