Having trouble with displaying homepage and sending web page or li

When my husband and I choose a homepage -mine displays correctly, his is all
"bleached out" - ie his does not display nornl viewing - but all white
background. Ex. Fox news.com Mine shows maroon blocks - his is all white
and no blue fox background behind page and to right of page.
Also, I cannot send a web link or page directly from web page - but I can
from my husbands web page????
Any suggestions?
