having problems with pogo.com since sp2 installed

I'm not sure how to describe my problem, but here goes. I
have been playing online pool on pogo.com for quite some
time now. For those unfamiliar with the process you sign
onto pogo then obviously click on the links to get to a
room with other players, then choose a table to play at.
Here is where my problem starts, when the next window
opens to connect to the pool table the explorer staus bar
is there (it never was prior to sp2) and I cannot see all
of the window and I do not have a scroll bar that would
allow me to scroll down to access the bottom part of the
window. There is also no tool bars at the top that would
allow me to turn off the status bar.

Can anyone make any suggestions how I can get rid of this
status bar. I have tried turning it off when I first sign
onto explorer but it doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

I have been trying to play jokers wild on pogo. It loads very slowly and when
it does, the game is very jerky. I didn't seem to have this problem with
windows
98, but when i upgraded to windows xp professional it does this. Do you have
this type of problem
