I recently installed office 2007 on my ACER/vista laptop. Imediately it
wouldnt work because it couldnt find a file, so doing a search I found out
how to change the registry and disable something (actually my husband did it)
and it started working. Now i have a new problem. Actually two. First,
everytime I get into outlook a message pops up saying outlook has stopped
working do I want to try to diagnose the problem or cancel. I click diagnose
and the window disappears but nothing happens. However, I seem to get my
emails fine. However, several times a day, outlook will suddenly go nuts and
get stuck in this look of sending/receiving and I cant do anything. It will
just keep saying completing task X of X and it will keep going unitl I stop
it with task manager. I dont know why it is doing this? Any thoughts?
