Having problems with Norton Antivirus Add-in

Hi everyone,

I used to have Norton Antivirus on my computer. I have now replaced it with
McAffee. But ever since I removed Norton, each time I try to open an email in
outlook 2003, I get a message saying, The Add-in "C:\Program
Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec Antivirus..." could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved using Detect and Repair on the help
menu. I have to click OK button on this message box to open the emails. Is
there any way I can fix this problem?

I forgot to add that I have tried to DETECT AND REPAIR several times. That
didn't help.

Close Outlook, find the extend.dat file (in Documents and Settings folder),
delete or rename it, restart Outlook.
