Having Problems with my XP Laptop ???

I've been having trouble with my XP sp2 laptop lately
so I decided to look at the software loaded in the Reg Edit
area. I came up with the following and don't know what
they refer to or how they got there. I didn't install them.
Is there a site which would tell me what each is and if
it's ok to delete them. Don't need to mess it up more.
TENCENTS - C07ft5y - cyntrigal - GNU - NeoWorx
Pg - Silicon Realms Tool Works (Armadillo) -
Xing Technology Corp

Thanks !

I'm having no issues searching with google. C07ft5y looks bad,
cyntrigal looks like a valid program.

You would be extreamly unwise to meddle with regedit unless you know exactly
what you are doing or how to recover your system when the registry becomes
corrupted

A very strong second to the above statement.

Instead of fooling around with Regedit, something that's likely to get
him into trouble, Bubey should tell us exactly what "I've been having
trouble with..." means. It's likely that one of us can help him and
give him better troubleshooting advice.

Nothing in particular right now. I just got Outlook Express fixed, then a
glitche
whenever I clicked on an icon it took me to the search page - now fixed,
next
was able to send replies to group - fixed. My MS Mouse 4000 started doing
it's
own thing. Ran a Trend Micro full scan and it came up with nothing. So
thought
I'd look at the software programs in my registry (I know enough to be
dangerous)
to see if there were any that were unfamiliar and then check them out as to
who
and what before deleting them, these programs I listed did not show up as
programs
in the add/remove programs areas. But in checking google out, some results
weren't
very helpful. So I thought maybe there was a better link out there that
gave a good
reply and would say what they are, and if they should be deleted.........TNX
