Having problems with multimedia audio controllers , sm bus controller, and pci input device

Hi, i tried to install my new sound card from Creative labs (sound blaster audigy gamer) and evrytime i install the drivers for it, it ends up shuttin down my system or crashing it

Now i have 4 yellow ? with ! in my other devices category, this is what they look like...

?Other Device
?Multimedia Audio Controlle
?Multimedia Audio Controlle
?PCI Input Devic
?SM Bus controlle

I have no clue how to go about fixing these things. If anyone could help me out i would appreciate it very much
