Having Major Issue

I'm having a major issue with my Internet History and Deleted emails being
retreived by my girlfriend. She is able to see what websites I visited
throughout the day (mainly night), even when I clear internet history,
temporary files, autocomplete, taskbar\start menu tab and everything you can
think of. She is, also able to get into my email, delete my email accounts,
retreive sent emails too. How is she doing this? I need to know, because it's
kind os sad, since I'm computer savvy. So, please help someone!

Besides the previous recommendations (which are right on target, by the way),
I would also recommend setting up and additional account for your girlfriend
- password protect your account, then she will be unable to access any of
your files, settings, etc... and vice versa.
