Outlook Having A Problem With Copied Outlook Contact Folders

I Got A New Pc And Run Xp On It. We Copied The Contacts Over But When You Go To The Address Book Only The "contact" Folder Shows Up. I Have About 6 Additional Folders That Show Up In The Contacts Section But Not In The Pull Down Address Book. Any Ideas On How I Can Fix This? Tx Hman
 
I wrote a program that extracts all of the contact folders and contact fields with the click of one button. The contacts are stored in an Access 2000 database which can be imported back into Outlook The program only works with Outlook 2007 which I recommend using. You can try my fully functional program which limits you to 100 contacts in trial mode. The full program is $19.99. Here is link to my site:
