Have 300 Windows Host Files

Hi (again?)

I posted my query, but it did not show up; if it does,
apologies for a second post.

I installed the MS Beta SW and it did not detect anything
but in the advanced tool section it listed literally over
300 Windows Host Files I have never heard of, all from
the same IP.

Does anyone know how to disable them in one batch because
it will take forever to do so one-by-one.

Is my system in danger? Under attack? My anti-
virus/firewall has never detected anything (formerly
McAfee).

Help! Anyone with experience/knowledge of this please
