HAVE 2 WORKGROUPS, WANT TO ELIMINATE ONE

We are running XP Pro on 4 computers, 3 computers are on one workgroup called home and they are fully functioning together. Our last computer is solo in a workgroup called mshome, and others can not see this computer from the home workgroup. I want to therefore eliminate the mshome workgroup and add this last computer to the home workgroup
How do I do this?
