email to discourage spammers, god this pisses me off!!!!!! My delete key

if billy gates would set some proper stock setting in the
outlook express settings to close the preview pane.maybe
some twit would think twice before opening "free offer
today only for the first 100 suckers". don't open junk mail
if you don't know who it is and maybe spam will slowly go
away back to the virus writers house.

I'm not sure that I understand you, you don't have to have a preview pane
open, you can control that in the layout settings of OE! I don't have a
preview pane open for that very reason: I can delete a message just by
seeing the 'subject' field without opening the email!

The main problem with spam is the fact that alot of people are greedy, so
when they receive e-mails with offers of "cut-down" goods, or alledged "free
for today only" etc etc, goods, they go straight for it, then wonder what
happened when their credit card bill comes in and their bill is 1000 times
more than it should be, and they've started getting 1000 times more spam
than they used to.

On the other hand, there are still those than are completely ignorant when
it comes to spam etc, and basically have no clue.

Greetings --

Have you actually read the proposal? There's no real money
involved, and therefore nothing to tax. The "currency" being proposed
to "pay" for the email "stamps" is a few seconds of computing time.

Of course, I haven't yet decided whether I like the idea or not
(much more information needed, especially about privacy/security
safeguards), but something needs to be done to hit the spammers in the
only place that matters to them - their "wallets."
