Has anybody managed to coponentize Realtek ALC655

I'm having real problems trying to make this driver into a component, if anybody has managed it would they kindly email me thier component. I'm at my wits end, everything looks ok and I have placed the ks.inf and the wmaud one in the driver folder and imported it and all looks fine and installs fine but my app says, WaveOutOpen The specified resource does no
