harddisk partition

i'm running out of space on the c: \ drive which is
having the OS installed can i anyhow merge the d:\
partition to the c:\ drive without reinstalling the OS

You'll need to use something like Partition Magic to shrink or delete one
partition and expand the other. Or possibly;
