Right-click the hard drive's icon, and click Properties. From the 'Quota'
tab, you select 'Enable Quota Management' and configure things to your
liking. Also for the email part, I'm including a response that another
person gave to a similar question asked in another windows server discussion
group:
"One option: You can setup Performance Monitor to send an alert (via NET
SEND) and/or run a specified program (like a sendmail variant) when a
specified threshold is exceeded. Launch Performance Monitor and select View,
Alerts. Click Options, Alert and select "Send network message", and put in
your computer name or user ID. This does require Performance Monitor to be
running at all times, but you could probably save the alert settings (to a
..pma file) and setup a Scheduled Task to run it when the computer starts.
