Hard disk running out of space

I have two hard disk c: 6 gig and d: 40 gig. My windows XP was installed in
c: drive. I got less than 200mb left in c:. Thinking of transfering win XP os
into d:. How can I do that? Pls help. Thank you.

Does your question have anything to do with .NET/Win Form application to do?
You should post to a relevent NG.

Anyway, it would be easier to use a hard drive management tool, such as
Partition Magic, to resize your partition, if the C:\ and D:\ just two
partitions in the same hard drive. If you use a 6G hard drive, then consider
to throw it away: it is too small to use, buy a huge, new one (40G is
considered too small, too, nowadays).

Although your question is off-topic here:

You cannot change the drive letter of the system partition. So what you can
do is installing Windows from scratch after partitioning the harddisk or to
use a tool such as PartitionMagic to change the partition's size.
