hang with blank grey scree

I leave my system on overnight and have been getting blue
screen stop errors such as 1E Kmode, 0A IRQ_NOT_LESS
THAN,and recently started getting in the morning a blank
sv=reen thst id s greyish-blue or greyish greem. No test,
no error message, no option except to reset the pc. Anyone
got any ideas. I have been using windows 2000 for several
years now. Never have seen anything like this.
