Is there a computer accessory that allows input via handwriting, rather
than via typing? I have a friend who has trouble typing.

Also, is there a screen that reduces the problem of vertigo and dizziness
in those who suffer from it?

Using a HIGH refresh rate to reduce flicker could help.
