hacking tool and virus

I want to know , when my product delete the hacking tool or any virus
or spyware. is there othe way to see if is really gone the malware the my
product detected.

like example xp version restore_folder , how i do this in vista Home
premium.

I use panda software.

No. You can never be 100% certain that the malware is gone from your computer
unless you reformat it and reinstall everything. The best you can do is rely
on the anti-malware software of your choice to remove it.
