Hacked server - cannot delete files

Can you boot up in "Safe Mode"? If so you should not have
a problem delete the directories and files from Safe Mode.
You probably have some form of spyware.

I did safe mode. It deleted some of them, but as Miha's
posting. there are folders called com1. com3, lpt1, prn,
etc that can not be deleted.
