H*E*L*P - PC won't start

I am running a Dell Dimension 850T, 768 MB RAM. This AM on startup I
encountered the Blue Screen indicating that WINDOWS was shut down to prevent
damage. I am unable to start up in ANY mode as this screen appears each time.
The screen instructions say to run virus detection software and chkdisk /F,
but since I cannot access the PC this is not possible.

The error code is: 0x0000007B (0xF7c44528,0x0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I am communicating this message via a satellite PC on a 2 PC home network. I
desperately need help and would greatly any and all appreciate assistance....
Thanks...

you should be able to boot from cd and start a virus scan like Norton or
something. Or you can boot from windows cd and make the appropriate
selections provided to you during setup. If you can't boot from cd, go into
cmos/bios and ensure that cd is selected as your bootup drive.
