Guest Account Internet Connection

I have two accounts on my computer. One administrator (for me) and one guest account (for all others who use my computer). The problem is that when I log into the guest account (even though I am not logged in as the administrator), I cannot open any web pages. I get the 'error' pages that state 'page cannot be opened'. Sometimes I get an error dialog box stating that the connection is currently being used by the 'owner', which is my administrator account. So...how do I share my internet connection with my 'guests'

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Start > Connect To > click on your connection name. Make sure there is a
check mark beside Save this username and password for the following users:
and that the dot is beside Anyone who uses this computer.
