(this is a repost of the same message because I quickly realized my date was
set at Aug.2003)

Hello, I am curruntly unable to log on using a guest account. There is no
problem using limited accounts or admin. all but the guest accounts are
P-word protected and the admin. docs are made Private. Currently using a
Fresh install of XP PRO with SP2 (no sp1) not on a domain.

now what happens is at the log on screen I would click the guest account
icon and the log on process begins I see a flicker, then the screen sais
logging on. but instantly get another flicker and the logoff begins,
disconnecting network, saving your settings, blablabla.

There isn't much for me to work with, no error message nor are there any in
the events log, but if you could please help solve this issue it would be
greatly appreciated.

To resolve this I added "interactive" to the user group, only thing is Im
sure that there should be another one in the usergroup so if anyone can help
with that please feel free.
