Guest account error

When I open the 'Guest' account I get the following error, but it does not
show up on any og the other accounts.

"Fail to Open service control manager"

The title bar on the window has - ANIO Api

What does this mean?

Do you map drives via a network on this machine? This may be a cause
for the error message.

No, no mapped drives - it is a single user machine
