Guest account can not connect to internet

I'm running XP Home Edition. I have the Guest Account
turned on but when someone is logged on as a guest they
can not connect to the internet using my default dial-up
connection. When I look at Internet Options in the
control panel it shows that there is no connection set
up, and of course when logged on as a guest I can not add
a new connection because I need administrative rights to
do that.

When logged on to the computer as the administrator the
connection works just fine. How can I set up the Guest
Account to have access to the internet?

Thanks for any suggestions.
