grouping level in a form

i'm trying to make the same grouping level of a report into a form,from
some reason its more complicated.
is anyone knows how to make grouping level in a form?

Unfortunately, you cannot group the same way in a form. You can do a single
level of grouping in a query, but that makes the form based upon it
uneditable. The only other choice I know of is to use a TreeView control.
They are available as part of the developer's edition or as third party
ActiveX controls. The one I've used is TList:

i know that there is an option to make subform but i dont know how much
effective is it,

the problem here tht treeview is very stiff,i cannot add option for
changing+i need to manufacy add the groups
