when i try 2 open the group polict for the domain controlle
it gives me an error MSG (domain controller not found
the domain controller for group policy operations is not available.You may cancel this operation for this session or retry using one of the following domain controller choice
1-the one with the operation mastertoken for the PDC emulat
2-the one used by the acyive directory nsap-i
3-use any available domain controlle
so when i chose any of above i experience the same error

You may have a configuration problem such not having domain controllers
pointing only to themselves or another AD domain controller as their
preferred dns server. If you are trying this from a domain controller, check
Event Viewer for any related problems and run netdiag and dcdiag on the
domain controller looking for any failed tests. Those tools can be found in
the support/tools folder of the install cd where you will need to run
