Group Policy

My co worker was looking at the group policy settings. He said he didn't change anything but ever since that day users accounts seem to become locked for no reason and it is continually getting worse.

Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Open Active Directory Users & Computers. Right click on the domain and go
to properties. In the Domain Properties window, click on the Group Policy
tab. By default there is a Default Domain Policy. Double click the policy.
In the group policy drill down into Computer Configuration > Windows
Settings > Security Settings > Account Policies > Account Lockout Policy.

In here you will see the account lockout settings. You may also want to
check any other group policy that has been defined at the domain level.
