Group policy Snap-in Inaccesible

Hey, I have a little problem with a DC here, the Domain
controler Security Policy and the Domain Security Policy
snap-ins are giving me errors when I try to launch them.
The error says: FAILED TO OPEN THE GROUP POLICY OBJECT.
YOU MAY NOT HAVE APPROPRIATE RIGHTS. in the details box,
it says: THE REMOTE COMPUTER IS NOT AVAILABLE. please,
What Can I do to get it working again??

Are you trying to open these policies from a remote machine with the
Admin tools installed?
